House bunny question?

For those of you who have seen the house bunny you should know what
bit i am talking about.
The bit where Shelly is walking out from the shower and she has a
towel around her, then she drops the towel and begins to walk down the
stairs, and that little girl with brown hair is walking up the stairs
and sees shelly and stares at her parts and makes a weird noise, i
would like to know what this is about, like what does that noise mean?
