Okay, so I remember this movie I used to watch all the time on Disney
Channel. It wasn't the original Disney channel though, it was like
Toon Disney or something like that. But, I remember this movie that
had animation like Kiki's Delivery Service.
It involved this girl, and she also had a black cat. I remember there
being an oil spill or something that happened that hurt a lot of
animals. And the girl cared for a bird or something like that. I don't
remember 100% but I see the images in my head; if anyone knows what
I'm talking about?
